1.4) Membership
By registering with SurfWithTheTitans.com you agree to only have one account (1 Account Per IP/Household). If more than one person that lives in your home wants to use our service, please contact us. Only 1 person may use your account, you must not share your account information with anyone with the exception of business owners that may have individuals working for them. You must use your real name and a valid email address when you register. As a member you also agree to receive emails from us and if at any time emails sent from us to your contact email are blocked or returned because of such things as full in-boxes, your account will be suspended, we will never spam your email! You can choose to opt-out of newsletters however, to guarantee no emails are received at all, you must login and delete your account.

A member as a right to delete their account at any time for any reason. Do not send in a request for account deletion, if you wish to delete your account you must do so yourself. We in no way attempt to contact the person once their account has been deleted. In addition, we are in no way liable for any purchased advertising or upgrades after a person has deleted their account.

Depending on your purchase type refunds are as follows:

• Upgrade Purchases: If you are not happy with the upgrade, refunds can be issued up to but not exceeding 7 days after purchase. If you wish a refund for an upgrade simply send in a support ticket and we will refund your purchase, please do not open disputes (if you open a dispute before contacting us, your account will suspended until further notice and will likely result in your details being submitted for central banning across the LFM network). After 7 days no refunds will be issued on the purchase of upgrades. Any bonuses that come with your upgrade purchase such as bonus credits, impressions will be removed from your account if a refund is issued.
• Some features are subscriptions, if you made a subscription and want to stop it, it is YOUR responsability to cancel the subscription from your payment processor dashboard.
• There will be NO refunds on the purchase of any other items which includes but is not limited to, Credits, Banner Impressions, Text Ad Impressions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

2.3) Payout Policies
Mistakes happen all the time and because of this we reserve the right to verify the accuray of all earnings payouts and any discrepencies will be addjusted. This includes earnings from sales and rewards earned while surfing.
Payout tresholds are as follow:
- $20 for "Human" (FREE) and "Pegasus Booster" Members.
- $15 for "Diamond Collector" and "VTG Runner" Members.
- $10 for "Half God", "Olympian" and "Titan" Members.

2.4) Use of Services and/or Information
Your use of any information or services on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. 2.5) Inactivity Policy
In order to be considered as ACTIVE Free Members need to surf at least 50 pages every 90 days (that is about 5 min. surfing over 3 months). Upgraded Members remain active as long their upgrade lasts.

2.7) Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service without any prior notice. If changes are made, members will be notified via their registered email. In the event of any changes made and you continue to use our services after the event of changes to this agreement you are agreeing to comply and be bound by these Terms of Service.
